What is Pearl Society?

The Pearl Society is a community of individuals and businesses providing a recurring gift to create consistent, year-round support for Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois. Inspired by Girl Scouts’ founder, Juliette Gordon Low, who sold her pearls to help fund Girl Scouts, this giving society continues her legacy of investing in girls’ futures.

Pearl Society members help fund:

Camp experiences and outdoor adventures
Financial assistance
STEM, entrepreneurship, and life skills programming
Outreach programming
Safe, accessible spaces where every girl can uncover her confidence, purpose, and potential

All girls deserve the chance to shine. Because of Pearl Society members, every girl can unlock her full potential and discover the power that’s already within her.
