Girl Scout Cookies Are Here!
Girl Scout Cookies are here! Your girl should have received cookies to fill her customer orders from her troop now. Please deliver cookies as soon as possible to ensure customer satisfaction (and repeat sales!). Here are some more tips on how your girl can keep gaining on her goals.
Cookie Booths: Girls can work together to sell cookies directly to customers in areas with a lot of foot traffic. Ask your girl's leader if her troop has a booth coming up!
Walkabouts: Girl Scouts can go door-to-door with a wagon or cart filled with Girl Scout Cookies.
Digital Cookie + Hometown Heroes: There's still time to help your girl set up her Digital Cookie storefront. One fun opportunity this year is our Race to the Rally contest! Each week, girls are automatically entered for a chance to win a custom bluetooth speaker when they collect 10 donations for the week using Digital Cookie.
Race to the Rally Finale: Girls can earn unique rewards by using Digital Cookie from February 27-March 5. At that time, customers can purchase cookies (including the new Raspberry Rally flavor) to be shipped directly to their homes. Traditionally, shipping has been an option for customers throughout the cookie season, but this year's circumstances required a pivot. To help encourage girls to build skills using Digital Cookie, we're offering extra incentives!Read more.
These are just a few of the imaginative ways that girls can take part in cookie season and make progress towards their goals and rewards.
Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois (GSofSI) is in the process of developing its five-year strategic plan to advance its mission and objectives for Girl Scouts in its 40-county service area. GSofSI is seeking your important feedback to include in this process. We encourage you to complete the survey below to provide valuable feedback. Please submit your answers as they pertain to your girl's experience in Girl Scouting.
Help your Girl Scout spread the word that it's cookie season! We have social shareables, Zoom backgrounds, and more. Many girls are under the age to legally use social media, but caregivers can help her share her own message sharing their accounts. We have some easy-to-use content available but you can also consider helping her post a personal video or a photo of her promoting her goals!
Whether your squad is crushing goals at a cookie booth or lounging in the living room, our new sweat set will keep you cozy! Choose from a hoodie, crewneck sweatshirt, or full length pants - or snuggle up with all three! Visit our Council Shop, call 800.345.6858 or shop online!
Girl Scout Cadettes can earn their Leader In Action award and help lead the Think Like an Engineer journey on February 11! Participants must attend both sessions to complete the award requirements.
Girls can work on the Think Like An Engineer Journey with the help of Cadettes earning their LiA Award. Busses are available from Marion for no additional cost. One adult per troop is required to register and attend if using the bus service.
