Introducing the New Leader Incentive Program
We understand that supporting new girls and managing troop meetings, outings, and achievements takes some adjustment. We have a series of training resources to help new leaders as they begin their adventure!
The New Leader Incentive Program lets volunteers earn new rewards while leading their troops to earn patches and badges! By reaching the designated training goals of required New Leader Onboarding training, leaders will receive their tab and membership pins that can be placed on their uniform!
Follow the button below or log into MYGS and navigate to gsLearn using the left-hand menu to get started. Rewards will be distributed via Service Unit Meetings in November, December, and January following the completion of each training challenge period.
