Girl Scouts' Cookie Season Success Soars with Family Support
Cookie Season has come to a close, but we're still celebrating this year's tremendous success! Thank you for mentoring and encouraging your Girl Scouts as they built skills and confidence. So many girls achieved amazing goals this year and will be able to fund incredible adventures! So much is possible when Girl Scouts have support from caring family members and committed volunteers.
Girl Rewards Girl Scouts should receive the rewards they've earned this spring. Most rewards at the 750 box level and below will be delivered to your troop leader in May. Any rewards earned at the 1000 box level and above will be delivered straight to the Girl Scout in April.
Samoa Adventures
At the 600+ box level, Girl Scouts could select the Samoa Adventures reward, which is an experience at the St. Louis Zoo. Caregivers should receive an email with details about this event from our Product Program team by the end of March if their Girl Scout made this selection.
We need girl artists to help design the patch for our 1912 Club celebration! Each year, we commemorate Girl Scouts' founding year by offering a custom patch that is designed by an area Girl Scout. Families and friends then have the opportunity to collect these patches and help us provide financial assistance and more.
This year's theme is “birthday party.” Girl Scouts must submit a design including that theme by April 1 for their artwork to be considered for the patch creation.
The Girl Scout Promise and Law include many of the principles and values common across different religions. While Girl Scouts are invited to explore these connections at any time, many choose to reflect on their faith as we celebrate Girl Scout Week each March.
The My Promise, My Faith pin encourages Girl Scouts to consider the relationship between the Girl Scout Law and their faith. Many national religious organizations have developed special recognitions that girls can earn as well.
