The Power of Being Thankful: A Thanksgiving Message from CEO Loretta Graham
We wish all of our Girl Scout families, friends, and supporters a happy Thanksgiving! CEO Loretta Graham has a very special message about the power of being thankful and our gratitude for you.
When young entrepreneurs participate in Girl Scout Product Programs, they build confidence and skills linked to a lifetime of success! Girl Scouts in Southern Illinois crushed it this fall, selling over $470,000 in tasty treats, magazines, and other fun products to fund exciting new adventures. Congratulations to the Girl Scouts who earned the top spots in their respective areas during the Fall Product Program!
Our seasonal patch programs are a great way for Girl Scouts to earn cool custom patches at their own pace! One (or all) of these options would be a great way to make holiday break even better:
Fireside Reading (Now through Jan. 5): Cozy up with a blanket and a good book!
Panda Ventures (Now through Jan. 20): Learn all about this year's cookie season mascot - the panda!
Winter Challenge Checklist (Dec. 1 through Feb. 28): Grab your hats, mittens, scarves, and skates for some winter fun!
Now through January 6, Girl Scouts can bring a friend to join and they'll both get a patch! Girl Scouts who are joining can be brand new, or they can have lapsed memberships. Either way, we are glad to welcome more friends to a new year of fun. So many adventures await - including summer camp, council trips, Girl Scout week, and so much more.
