New Volunteer Role: Troop Helper
This new role is for any adult volunteer who regularly, or episodically, helps out with a troop’s activities. For example, all adults attending/helping with a day camp or overnight trip, adult volunteers attending troop meetings, adult volunteers who drive girls during a trip or outing, and any adult volunteer who helps with troop events needs to have an active membership (which includes a background check, completion of the Understanding Your Role gsLearn course, and completion of the Illinois Mandated Reporter (ILMR) training) and be in the Troop Helper role.
