Important 2023 Archive and Access Dates in the Volunteer Toolkit (VTK)
Girl Scouts of the USA has recently shared these important updates for leaders and volunteers to best manage their Volunteer Toolkit activity.
The 2022-2023 Year Plan will archive under the Past Years section on July 10th. Remember, Attendance and Achievements by girl are NOT archived, so you should download this information by July 9th.
Only the most recent 3 years of archived data is stored in VTK for the Year Plan. This means as we progress, the oldest years will begin falling off.
The 2023-2024 Year Plan will soon become available to set up, and New Program year plans and meetings will be available for use.
Existing volunteers should have access to the VTK until September 30th, and new volunteers will have access starting July 1st. Current volunteers who have renewed their membership will not have any interruption to their VTK access.
