416 (GSofSI Council) The Delegate/Alternate Training
A delegate serves as a voice of the membership; to represent service units; and influence policies of the council by fulfilling responsibilities as defined in the council bylaws. This course will provide you with the information and tools to enter the delegate role for the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois council.
416 (GSofSI Council) MY25 Understanding Your Role
This course is part of the annual training requirement for returning and new adult volunteers. As a brief but thorough course, this training serves as our official method for volunteers to receive, review, and accept the volunteer position descriptions for the roles in which they will serve. Volunteer Roles That Require This Training:
Service Unit Roles: Manager, Registrar, Treasurer, Troop Organizers, Product Manager (Fall Product and Cookies) and Juliette Adult
Troop Roles: Troop Leader, Co-Leader, Treasurer, Product Manager (Nut, Candy & Magazine and Cookies) and Troop Helper
Supporting Roles: Delegate and Alternate, Event Helper, Cupboard Manager and Council Trainer
Day Camp Roles: Day Camp Leadership, Day Camp Helper and Day Camp First Aider
