Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois Receives $25,000 Grant From Bayer Fund
Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois (GSofSI) has received a grant for $25,000 from Bayer Fund. In line with Bayer Fund's mission, this grant will be used towards building a better future by providing girls with fun, exciting opportunities to explore their interest in STEM.
"We're so grateful to Bayer Fund," said Heidi Koehl-Weaver, Director of Development at GSofSI. "By investing in girls, together we're investing in the next generation of leaders and innovators for our local communities and our world.
In our mutual goal to see the communities we serve flourish, this grant from Bayer Fund will support our organization by allowing us to continue buiding tomorrow's STEM leaders through our award-winning robotics program.
